HOW CAN YOU SAAAY THAAAAAAT. okay okay. dan is a great guy. but the point is that chuck and blair complete each other. without chuck, blair wouldn’t have realized she didn’t need to play games and plot against people because she was better than that. chuck has ALWAYS been there for her, since ep. 3 in the first season! he fell in love with her, while dan thought she was a horrible person. it’s easy to love someone when they’ve got it all together, but chuck loved her when she was at her worst and at her best. they’re not perfect, but blair doesn’t deserve perfect, she deserves complete. chuck completes her!!! THIS NONSENSE ABOUT DAN SEEING BLAIR IN THE 5TH GRADE AT A ESSAY COMPETITION? that’s ridiculous. he hated her back then, so there’s no point in bringing that up now as if he’s loved her the entire time. i’ve been re-watching everything, seeing how blair and chuck come to know themselves and mature makes perfect sense why they should be together. they’ve both made mistakes, but that’s what makes their love real. dan was a great friend for her, but when it comes down to it, he’s just a nice guy. dan and blair were perfect as friends. blair’s never had a TRUE friend before, one that doesn’t try to screw her over or *ahem* screw her. i strongly believe dan was good for her, but as for who he belongs with? HE CAN JUST GO HAVE SERENA. they were good for each other. not blair and dan. CHAIR4LYFE.
